Slight delays continue

Two steps forward, one step back.

Things are still progressing very nicely, but we have to push back our initial brewdays by a couple weeks. The welders were delayed by supply lines and will be complete a week or so after expected. Add to that bringing someone up from the front range just to turn on the boiler, and then having our brew system providers come out for an on-site visit and training.

Our tentative expected first brewday is now Monday, April 14th. And if that happens, believe me you’ll hear a lot of noise from us about it!

Though frustrating, the continued delays are allowing us to wrap up a lot of other work around here so that once we start making the beer we can get it out to you quickly and consistently.

Also, we’re put off by the annual Craft Brewers Conference. We were hoping to attend this year with tanks full of fermenting beer but it looks like we’ll have to wait until we return before we start cranking the goodness out.
