Cost: $13 per person, includes food and beer
You can expect nothing short of a gourmet menu specifically prepared to suit the subtle flavors of the season along with the varieties of beer we craft. On the menu will be:
- Wild Mushroom Pin Toast, paired with The Bridge (Belgian Style Ale)
- Grilled Fish Tacos with Fennel Strawbanero Slaw, paired with the Butcherknife Hefeweizen
- Pork Medallion Crostini with Cranberry Pesto, paired with the Amputator IPA
- Gourmet Grilled Ham and Smoked Gouda Sandwich with Dijon Mustard, paired with the Morningside Porter
The complete pairing is just $13 per person and includes these four menu items and four 5oz pours of beer. You can’t beat that for this quality of food.
And for those who want to join us in the tap room and simply sample a few bites here and there, Greg will be selling small portions a la carte until the food is gone. So come early and come hungry. This is a tasting event that will tingle your tongue for weeks to come.
