Course 1: Rob’s Blonde (American Blonde Ale) with salt cod fritters / white bean puree / roasted chili aioli
Course 2: Butcherknife Bavarian Hefeweizen with baby back ribs / fried banana / bbq sauce
Course 3: The Bridge (Belgian Specialty) with confit duck / mirepoix / red chili mole / parsley salad
Course 4: Amputator (American Pale Ale) with orange roasted pork belly / hazelnut risotto / persillade
Course 5: Morningside Porter (Dark) with panna cotta / dried cherries / red chili

And for those who want to join us in the tap room and simply sample a few bites here and there, Greg will be selling small portions a la carte until the food is gone. So come early and come hungry. This is a tasting event that will tingle your tongue for weeks to come.
